Q: How long does it take to receive my item?
A: We have 4 warehouses based in United States, Hong Kong, Australia & United Kingdom, it usually takes 5-10 days to delivery within the countries mentioned above and 7-18 days for coutries other than above.
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: For both buyers & sellers finacial security. We accept credit card and paypal.
Q: What if the product is damaged or broken
A: First of all, if you see a serious damage for the parcel package, just refuse to sign for that, we will fully refund you or replace one for you as soon as possible, and if the package is fine but the item is broken & can't use, please take photos as evidence. we will take best care based on such issue.
Q: How can I return an item?
